Info Session Questionnaire
Welcome! I’m so grateful that you’re here. It’s truly the most enriching, fulfilling, and awe-inspiring journey when you begin to explore a deeper relationship with God, and I’m deeply honoured you’re considering me as a guide.
My work exists to help people discover and deepen the most important and fulfilling relationship we were created to experience, walk out their true identity in Christ, and release the guilt, shame, and fear that oppresses thoughts, destroys intimacy and connection in relationships, and robs us of our God-given callings.
Please fill out the questionnaire as openly and honestly as possible. All information shared is 100% confidential, and will help me get a better understanding of where you are currently at in life and how I can best support you.
After submitting your questionnaire, you will receive a link to my booking platform that will allow you to book your free 30 minute information session.
If, for whatever reason you are unable to attend, please notify me at least 12 hours in advance of our scheduled call. Due to my limited availability, I am only able to offer a handful of these sessions a week. If you are no longer able to use yours, this will allow that time slot to be made available to someone else.
