For nearly a decade, I ran a business focused on helping people release the weight of guilt and shame that, I witnessed, leads to inner torment, inhibits authenticity, vulnerability, and intimacy in relationships, and creates debilitating self-doubt and fear as we edge closer to God’s calling on our lives. I was featured in the media, on live television, and spoke on stages in three different countries on what I believed - at the time - would help people heal the heaviest and most disempowering emotions. I supported individuals who were entrepreneurs, business owners, c-suite executives and CEOs. I supported caregivers and stay-at-home mothers, professional athletes, fitness models, social justice advocates, and girls in their teens to adults in their 60s. I supported those who felt they lacked purpose, were exhausted from the years of constant striving and performing, those who were overwhelmed from the demands and expectations of the world around them, and those who were taught to wear a carefully curated mask representing the person they thought they needed to be out of fear that the truest version of themselves would never be enough.

During this time, I was the life and leadership coach for one of the most prestigious fellowship programs across Canada, which selected top applicants from some of the top schools in the country to roll out their social justice initiatives in various communities around the world. While I was able to support using a wide methods of my own experience from my undergrad in business management, marketing, and social responsibility, to my 5 years in the professional sports industry managing multi-million dollar corporate sponsorship deals and building sponsorship proposals, to the experience I had gained as a life and leadership coach in my own business, supporting 100+ individuals from around the world move through shame, guilt, self-doubt, fear, and every other disempowering emotion that would arise when someone was on the brink of doing something meaningful and important.

Despite initially being resistant to the idea of supporting individuals with business growth and development, I found myself being continuously approached over the last 9 years in business by individuals from a wide range of different vocations who would reach out for support for anything from goal setting and long-term visioning, strategy, copy, marketing, promotions, mindset, leadership and team development, and corporate partnership proposals, to name a few. Further, I discovered many individuals who were bursting at the seams with a desire to create and accept the call God put on their life, but the administrative and tedious details involved with simply getting started felt overwhelming. Even more, there was a reoccurring theme of guilt or shame I observed - in many Christians, social justice advocates, or people who genuinely wanted to make a difference in the lives of other people with their business - around financial abundance and prosperity.

So I created Kingdom Strategy: A 4 month business strategy accelerator for those who want to bring forth their vision that God has planted on their hearts, or potentially bring a current business to the next level with greater impact. Our time together is uniquely customized and Holy Spirit led, and the foundations are built upon supporting you to learn and be led by the voice and vision God has for you, specifically. We begin our journey with an in-depth questionnaire, a 60 minute session conducted virtually to help you get clarity on your vision, and then spend a full day in person together in Redding, California for a Holy-Spirit led day of strategy and vision casting with God. These days are anywhere from 8 - 10 hours in duration, and you’ll walk away with a clear strategy and plan to execute on your vision. Following our in-person strategy intensive, you will receive 12 x 30 minute calls conducted once weekly, in addition to unlimited voice note support in between calls, over the duration of 3 months to provide you with the ongoing guidance, support, and accountability to bring you vision to life.

The Experience:

Strategy Questionnaire & 90-minute discovery call

Prior to kicking off our 4 months together, you’ll receive an in-depth strategy questionnaire that will support you to begin dreaming and vision-casting with God, gain clarity on the direction, growth, and impact you want to see in your business, identify the specific road blocks or barriers that are inhibiting your growth, and give me a better understanding of how I can support you on the journey. We’ll then schedule a 90 minute discovery call where I can ask questions, help you gain further clarity on the direction of your business, and will help prepare you with homework, action steps, and anything else to set the foundation for our in-person strategy intensive.

In-person intensive with Sarah in Redding, California

Following our 60 minute discovery call, you’ll join me in Redding, California for a full day strategy session in person with me in Redding, California (or two half-day strategy sessions conducted virtually) where we’ll map out your vision, strategy, and execution required to bring the dream God put on your heart, to life.

One (1) x 30 minute call with Sarah conducted weekly for 3 months (12 calls total)

Following the completion of your strategy questionnaire, 90 minute discovery call, and our in-person strategy session in Redding, California, you’ll receive 12 x 1:1 coaching calls with me (conducted once weekly for 30 minutes in duration) over the course of 3 months. These calls are the core of our work together where you’ll receive the ongoing guidance, support, structure, and accountability required to see your vision come to life.

Unlimited voice note support with Sarah between sessions

You’ll receive ongoing support between scheduled calls on a private voice note app when new ideas, questions, fears, or self-doubt start to arise.

Much of the growth and transformation will occur between our calls, and based on where you are currently at in your journey and your individual objectives, I will provide reading and other resources in between calls that will support you in deepening your trust in God’s council and to continue to lean on the Holy Spirit for wisdom and direction in your business, leadership, relationships, and life
