I’m a certified and award-winning coach, leadership mentor, international speaker, and “shmealer” (shame healer) who helps people move out of old feelings of inadequacy and into new patterns of growth, so they be who they were meant to become.
From working with, speaking to, and supporting hundreds of individuals spanning several countries around the world, ranging in age from their teens to their 60’s in various stages and phases of their lives, I’ve witnessed the ways that disempowering emotions and a lost sense of identity can inhibit the most incredible and capable people from being able to see themselves and their gifts clearly, answering the call to their deepest yearnings, and living their larger lives.
